The north has been the Jorge family’s home for over 30 years. During that time Manuel and Marta Jorge have raised two handsome boys in Yellowknife and built a successful manufacturing facility focused on residential building components for the northern Canadian climate.
The family has tried many approaches to help keep communities active in their own development and have always emphasized that nobody knows the north like northerners; their motto has always been: FOR NORTHERNERS BY NORTHERNERS.
From being a northern manufacturer, to creating the first CMHC Building system rated for northern Canada, Energy Wall has been focused on affordable Northern Housing technology and an energy efficient building approach.
